Repudiation note:
The discussion is about crack, the idea is not to make controversy nor to appear too much.
It is to show the reality of the addiction of this substance so used and little known by the majority of the population, that often ignores and turns a blind eye.
And in front of all this we see a city hall and its "manager" applying hygienic policies that aim only at a "clean" visual, totally ignoring human beings who actually need a treatment, because it is already a public health situation, but even so we see the inability of a weak and ill-informed state about a situation that needs to be reviewed, rethought, and overworked rather than the basis of slashing and bullet shots of rubber.
Hygienist policy is not the solution!
